Sigalert.com Adds TrafficCast Dynaflow™ for Interactive Platforms

Proprietary Technology Models Range of Data Inputs for Major Roads ¨C Will Fill In Data Gaps for Sigalert.com Coverage

Madison, WI, September 25, 2007 - Sigalert.com, the leading provider of personalized traffic reports in California and TrafficCast International, Inc. the leader in real-time traffic data aggregation and analysis, today announced agreement to incorporate Dynaflow™ into Sigalert.com¡¯s services to improve the quality of its data and to extend its coverage to roads not included in the Caltrans sensor network.

For Sigalert.com visitors, Dynaflow will facilitate visual representation of all meaningful congestion impacts on their routes.  Integrating historic traffic patterns, real-time incidents, construction and weather, Dynaflow will extend Sigalert.com¡¯s unique personalized travel advisories to additional roads across the state.

Using patented technology, Dynaflow dynamically models traffic flow in real-time, integrating detailed historical data for virtually all Class I, II, and III roads in the US with a range of real-time data inputs from public and private sources.  Proprietary analytic technology adjusts to the characteristics of the source data to provide road speed estimation and predictions in real time.  Algorithmic feedback mechanisms adjust baseline trend data to further refine modeling and enhance both accuracy and confidence levels of estimates and forecasts.

¡°Sigalert.com succeeds because of timely, actionable driver information.  Our customers rely on road coverage and have asked to extend it beyond the Caltrans sensors, which are our foundation,¡± said Sigalert.com Principal Jonathan Berke. ¡°They do not limit their travels to sensored roadways and, after our extensive Dynaflow data evaluation, we have concluded we can now offer complete road coverage for our California markets and plan future expansion into markets in other states.¡±

¡°TrafficCast is delighted to work with Sigalert.com to enable Dynaflow for its user base,¡± said Connie Li, President/CEO of TrafficCast International.  ¡°Sigalert.com is an industry leader in personalized, interactive travel information and we look forward to supporting them in providing their customers with enhanced data services.¡±
