Neal Campbell
CEO
Mr. Campbell brings more than 20 years of mobile
industry experience to TrafficCast. In 16 years at
Motorola, he served in engineering, marketing and
executive management roles and led Motorola¡¯s
emergence in software-based, LBS offerings in
their mobile device and Telematics business units.
As Vice President and General Manager for GSM
Portfolio Management and Marketing in Motorola¡¯s
Mobile Device business, he was responsible for
product portfolio selection for Motorola¡¯s $10B+
GSM cellular device business. Working with
customers, product development and marketing,
Campbell¡¯s team created compelling product
roadmaps for 80% of Motorola¡¯s mobile device
business in the highly competitive consumer
market. Earlier at Motorola, Mr. Campbell was Vice
President, Location Based Solutions, responsible
for developing, managing and marketing robust
location and navigation solutions for mobile
devices based on Motorola¡¯s Distributed Navigation
and Location Applications suite, marketed under
the brand name VIAMOTO. These applications
uniquely integrate navigation services with
off-board, client¨Cserver based solutions and were
key to Motorola success in formulating
partnerships, acquiring customers and developing
product portfolios in both consumer and enterprise
markets. In his most recent position prior to
joining TrafficCast, Campbell served as Executive
Vice President and General Manager of Strategic
Marketing and Next Generation Products at ISCO
International, a leading supplier of software
based, adaptive filtering products for the
wireless industry. Mr. Campbell holds a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Bradley University, as
well as an M.S. in Management from the Kellogg
Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University.
Connie Li
PhD, PE, Co-founder, COO
Dr. Li is a co-author of one of the leading
traffic flow texts. She founded and was the CEO
for a successful and profitable traffic and
transportation consulting business, TranSmart
Technologies, for several years before founding
TrafficCast, Inc. and TrafficCast International,
Inc. Dr. Li received her PhD in Transportation
Engineering from the University of Illinois at
Chicago, her MS in Transportation Engineering from
the University of Tokyo, Japan, and her BS in
Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University, China.
She is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in
Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Arizona.
Jerome Chen-Chan
CTO & VP Software Engineering
Mr. Chen-Chan is the principal architect of the
Company's software and has more than 15 years'
experience in system and software engineering and
geographic information system. Mr. Chen-Chan holds
MS degrees in computer science from the University
of Oklahoma, and in remote sensing and geographic
information systems from the National Central
University in Taiwan. He is also a PhD candidate
in Geo-Spatial Information Engineering Program at
the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Bill Greco
Senior VP Sales & Marketing
Mr. Greco has held senior Sales and Marketing
positions with Traffic Pulse, Westwood One and
Shadow Traffic. Mr. Greco launched Shadow Traffic
in Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. He
was also instrumental in the launch of Traffic
Pulse (Traffic.com) as one of the original hires
of Mobility Technologies (Traffic.com). Mr. Greco
holds a BA degree from California State University
at Los Angeles.
Nick Kiernan
VP New Business Development
Mr. Kiernan was formerly Sr. VP Sales at CBS Radio
and was a senior executive at Westwood One.
Previous to his traffic business leadership, Mr.
Kiernan was CMO for Broadband Maritime. He
received his MBA from Columbia University and his
BA degree from Notre Dame University.
James Lee
General Manager of TCI Shanghai
Mr. Lee¡¯s experience includes Vice General
Manager of SIIC, the biggest investment bank of
shanghai government, and Director and Secretary of
Board in DS company, the subsidiary company of
Datang Telecom Technology and Industry Group.
Datang Group is the owner of TD-SCDMA. Mr. Lee has
a bachelor degree from law school and a Master's
degree in Economics. Mr. Lee holds the Lawyer
Certificate and he is also a member of The
Telecommunication Association.
