Dynaflow Plus is TCI's predicted travel speed for traffic forecast and dynamic routing applications. When clock time is greater than zero, traffic speeds for future time intervals are predicted based on historical flow, real-time flow, and traffic impact from incident, construction, special event, and weather condition. It typically incorporates prediction for 48 hours, but it also incorporates prediction for longer time periods ahead.
